A Thanksgiving “popcorn-cornucopia” is a fun and delicious idea for decorating your holiday table! I love edible centerpieces and this sweet & salty variety won’t disappoint your guests! The best part…it’s so easy and inexpensive to make! All you need is a low basket or crate to hold your selections of popped corn along side a few simple autumn elements. Like most 2020 holidays so far, Thanksgiving might be smaller and more casual…but adding popcorn to the celebration is sure to delight everyone gathered around the table! “pop-cornucopia”
giggle living may have received payment and/or product. however i only endorse products i love and all opinions are my own.
our thanksgiving will definitely be casual this year…but i can still set an inviting table for the holiday!
my gathering basket for my garden made a wonderful “cornucopia” to hold the goods. but any low-sided container will work.
pick your favorite popcorn flavors, some small bowls or baskets and start building your centerpiece…
i chose three of my family’s favorite flavors and casually placed them in the basket. cheesy cheddar…
and something sweet to mix in…caramel!
styling tip:
use little gourds, fruit, and faux flowers to embellish the basket and help hold the munchies in place!
each guest can fill a customized box for snacking…or to take from the table for later!
this holiday is all about thankfulness…AND eating. why not add more delicious nibbles?
simple Thanksgiving details
the most casual place settings can still look wonderful by adding easy details!
mason jars get dressed up for fall with some raffia and faux florals…
and a pretty paper straw makes it easier to drink with the embellishments…
super simple settings are all you need…so go ahead and mix & match what you’ve got.
the disposable appetizer plates are naturally beautiful and help make cleanup easier! and vase-filler pumpkins create a cute detail simply set in the middle!
the centerpiece itself with extra gourds scattered about makes this casual table look grand!
in the background i simply draped my mirror with a plaid throw to effortlessly add some holiday color and charm…
all the easy details add up to thanksgiving beauty AND deliciousness!
so let the fun spilleth over…
with a Thanksgiving popcorn cornucopia!
