Blue and neutrals might not seem traditional colors for Easter. But this color combo can create a casual, farmhouse feel that is beautiful for any holiday! Unexpected colors are always a visual treat and allow you to utilize dishes you love. It can be fun to set a fancy table, but it is never necessary to obtain an inviting atmosphere where guests will want to linger. To me, this is what holiday dinners should be about. So today I’d like to share a more casual version of what my Easter table will look like this year. Simple and rustic but not missing holiday vibes! Easter comes early this year…but you don’t have to stress. A relaxed table never means uninspiring! I hope you enjoy this casual inspiration…
hop onto blue and neutrals!
i’ve always loved blue willow china and i think it’s a fun twist on my table this year…
a Moroccan plate under the tureen adds more color and pattern. it doesn’t have to match perfectly to look pretty…
a large bowl makes a lovely centerpiece with a blooming plant tucked inside…no re-potting required!
cardboard eggs effortlessly enhance the neutral elements. though they’re made for crafting, i think they look pretty sweet as-is!
simple Easter details are carried over to a side table…
try filling a candy dish or apothecary jar with holiday eggs. an easy way to create an affordable decoration in a snap!
and since it IS Easter…extra bunnies are in order! this pudgy guy came from the garden center and for much less than a figurine would cost in a gift shop!!
and an Easter basket is sort of expected. this little one is filled with dried baby’s breath and tiny eggs. mini, but mighty cute and easy to make!
simple details make this casual table warm and inviting…
get ready…it’s almost time to
gather ’round your Easter table!
