Festive treat ideas are always fun to have on hand…especially for holidays! Even better? When they’re super easy AND delicious! Valentine’s Day is less than two weeks away already. And since many of us will still be celebrating small & at home, special treats will be a welcome surprise! Today I have three really fun and simple-to-create goodies that will make the holiday even sweeter! Everything is super easy and you can find all the “ingredients” at the local grocer. A few favorite party supplies sprinkled in and you’ve got a top-notch treat that will make hearts & tummies happy!
festive treats for your holiday peeps!
giggle living may have received payment and/or product. however i only endorse products i love and all opinions are my own.
anything served on a stick is better!
create some waffle “pops” for a delicious way to start the holiday!
what you’ll need:
frozen waffles
popsicle or treat sticks
spreads such as: peanut or nut butter, frosting, or chocolate-hazelnut
toppings such as: crushed candies and/or cookies, sprinkles, baking chips, fresh fruit, mini cookies, cereal or animal crackers
pile them on a pedestal and they look even grander…
there’s something about a dessert stand…who says you can’t use them for breakfast?
toast your waffles, skewer them with the stick and top them with your faves! I made some with peanut butter & fresh berries…
chocolate chips & sprinkles add extra sweetness to this healthier version…
with a few cuts of a knife, you can turn a banana slice into a heart! cookie crumbles make a nice, crunchy accompaniment…
nutella is one of my family’s favorites. try topping it with crushed wafer candies & white chocolate chips…
or have a little fun with alphabet cookies! alphabet cereal would be a good substitute!
and if you want something a tad more simple…a drizzle of favorite frosting and sprinkles will do just fine!
no matter which one is the favorite…
your family will fall in LOVE with this breakfast!
healthy Valentine treat cups!
out of these festive treat ideas, this next one is on the healthier side! make an individual “charcuterie cup”…
simple treat containers will dress up an ordinary snack of fruit, crackers, and cheese in holiday style!
a bake cup tucked inside is just right for holding trail mix topped with a chocolate heart!
healthy nibbles for a holiday win!
conversation heart crush!
this last one is the easiest! simply top a cookie with a nostalgic valentine favorite…
shortbread sugar cookies with raspberry frosting…a holiday goodie that won’t disappoint!
festive treat ideas will help you serve some holiday cheer!

I have a square waffle maker but I thing that would work too. Anything on a stick is a kids’ favorite for sure.
