Last week I shared my little pink pineapple party…and today I’d like to continue the theme with some really fun pineapple party favors and treats! I don’t always hand out favors when I entertain but I do believe that they can be a sweet and thoughtful way to show your guests how much you appreciate them! If you decide to offer some little goodies to your guests at your next gathering, I’m going to share some easy & budget-friendly ideas today that are just right for summer celebrations! And since the pineapple is recognized as a symbol of hospitality, warmth, welcoming, & friendship…it not only makes a great decoration but is wonderful inspiration for party themes and gifts as well! A little DIY project, a simple recipe, and some adorable prints designed by my friend at Press Print Party made it a cinch to create these little pineapple party favors and goodies! Let’s get to it and print, craft, and give!
pineapple party favors!
giggle living may have received payment and/or product. however i only endorse products i love and all opinions are my own
this old dresser on my patio makes a festive favor table…
and it was so easy to decorate with these adorable downloadable prints by Nathalie at Press Print Party!
the goodies in this collection are so easy to print right from your computer…OR take your file to your local print shop!
let’s create!
i opted to visit my local office supply store so i could have access to a laser printer and heavier card stock! easy directions made it effortless to cut, fold and make some darling little gifts & decorations…
i had these sweet labels (which can also be used like confetti) printed on a adhesive sheet so when I punched them out…i could just peel & stick!
all wrapped up in a darling box and ready to bring smiles!!
sweet DIY fun!
this next idea for pineapple party favors is one of my favorites!
you’ll need Ferrero Rocher chocolates, toothpicks, and a section of artificial grass you can pick up at any craft store!
i just shortened the toothpicks with a sharp knife and threaded a section of the grass through. remove the candy labels & brown wrapper and pop the pick on top!
how cute are these “pineapples” nestled inside the printed treat boxes?
sure to make guests happy!
and to add to the favor fun…i included some extra nibbles!
try decorating baked goods, like these mini Swedish cakes, with simple sugar charms that fit the theme! you can grab the recipe at the end of the post!
guests could add a couple bite-size blondies to their treat box…or eat them right away (i don’t judge!)
and did you notice my diy “cake stand”…made with a wood serving tray and a PINEAPPLE!
DIY pineapple server!
cut off the greens & slice the top of the pineapple to make a flat surface to set a plate or tray. you can add a bit of hot glue to the outer edge of the fruit to secure it.
place the greens back on top…and it’s now a whimsical treat stand for more pineapple party favors!
simple decorations and thoughtful little gifts…
are wonderful offerings of thanks and friendship!
