you see those adorable holiday pillows everywhere…i even make them for my Giggle inventory! but if you’re out of time to create something and don’t feel like spending extra money on a decorative item you’ll only use for a week or two…here’s the perfect solution! i found these cute felt stickers…
and used them to make a temporary Valentine pillow…
it doesn’t have to be a plain pillow…many patterns would work too! either way, it looks like it’s stitched on but will peel off effortlessly on February 15!

and if you’re entertaining, it’s so easy to make a store-bought treat look like it came straight from the specialty baker! cupcakes can be found at any grocer and are just as delicious as the fancy ones! you may not get an array of flavors, but vanilla and chocolate are classics that are favored my many! if you don’t have time to bake ’em or place an order at your favorite cupcake shop–you can take a short-cut and still come out ahead!

if you don’t have paper holiday liners, a cute Valentine chocolate, gumdrop, or even marshmallow will be enough to add extra charm! any candies or sprinkles will effortlessly dress up any ordinary cake…and you can’t beat the price! line them up on a platter and guests will never know that you didn’t spend a fortune OR slave in the kitchen!
