Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day! And even though the clock is ticking, I’d like to share a fun treat that’s so simple, you can whip it up in no time…and it’s perfect for surprising anyone on your “lucky list”! A fun favor for the host of an Irish celebration, a sweet treat for your little leprechauns, or even a family project for an after-school snack…this is an easy way to create some last-minute Irish cheer!
a popular snack… made lucky!
a simple krispie treat is always appreciated…and can be transformed into holiday fun! with craft sticks & a cookie cutter you can easily create a whimsical snack!
some green food color for St. Paddy’s day and you’ve got clover snack sticks!
decorate with whatever you’ve got on hand… or leave them plain!
wrap ’em up in a cellophane bag and they’re ready to hand out!
I made some this weekend to take to a St. Patrick’s Day party as a favor for the kids…a few simple supplies helped dress them up!
a paper lunch sack, ink, and a stamp…
made a simple wrapping for a potted shamrock–which festively held the krispie treats like a topiary!
(a little saran wrap around the sticks keep them from getting dirty when inserted into the plant)
