Halloween parties can be such a magical time!  Whether it’s a full blown costume party or something a little more quiet, this season definitely brings on the fun in a big way!  A chance to let caution take the back seat and creativity take the wheel!  If you are hosting a party or just thinking of having one, we hope you can take some inspiration from this spooky event that was so much fun for the recipients and the planners as well!  Lots of little details really create an enchanting event…

one last fun fright…

it’s hard to see in the light, but this vintage portrait (recycled from last year) was made spooky in the twilight by removing the image from the frame and piercing the eyes with an ice pick. (gruesome!)  two battery operated tea lights were taped behind the holes creating a menacing, red glow from the eyes of the grinning lady…who, quite frankly, was already perfect for Halloween!  everyone loved the effect which appeared as the light dimmed…
