Orange creamsicle has been a popular flavor in my home for many years! The boys couldn’t wait for our local ice cream shop to open in the spring so they could get their first larger-than-life orange & white swirly cone of the season! But just because summer has gone doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy this wonderful flavor. It’s not only delicious but the color is perfect for the holiday! And because it’s been a flavor that brings back so many memories, it’s extra special to find new ways to serve it up for an autumn surprise! Today I’m sharing how I incorporated this family favorite into some unexpected holiday treats! Let’s dish up the citrus-inpsired fun…
“orange” you glad it’s Halloween?
giggle living may have received payment and/or product. however i only endorse products i love and all opinions are my own.
a simple treat all decked out in holiday orange! and since we love the flavor so much, creamsicle fun is a sweet surprise!
orange creamsicle cupcakes are really easy to bake AND they’re deliciously refreshing! grab the recipe at the end of the post!
not only does the batter have a hint of orange…these fabulous malt balls made the perfect topper!
the crowning touch that’s tasty too!
some salty boxes of popcorn make a perfect accompaniment to the sugar…
and a simple, citrus arrangement gets some easy jack-o-lantern touches by using a sharpie!
i love using ice buckets for serving ice cream…and you HAVE to have ice cream if you’re serving creamsicle floats!
just fill up your glass with icy cream…
pour in your favorite orange soda…
finish it off with an orange slice if you wish…and enjoy!!
Halloween cheers to orange creamsicle fun!!
