Quick Halloween treats are perfect when Halloween is just around the corner…and can you believe that those ghosts and goblins will be upon our doorsteps tomorrow!? If you’re in need of some easy, fun and tasty treats for your Halloween festivities, not to worry! I’ve got some super simple treats that are as easy as they are yummy…and perfect for after school snacks, classroom parties, or Hallow’s Eve desserts! When you’re in a pinch for time, semi-homemade goodies are such a life saver! You can add festive decorations to make your purchases look amazing…or bake something from a box and have some holiday fun! Let me share with you some of my favorite quick tricks that will create very sweet treats!
whooooo’s ready for some Halloween “boos”? quick Halloween treats just for you…
add some whimsy to the top of a cake with an adorable topper! i LOVE this sweet owl by Mockys to put some sparkle & color on mine! Peeps marshmallow ghosts circle the base as though they’re dancing around him…an inexpensive and delicious addition!
cake decorations are the simplest way to dress up purchased goodies…i took bakery mini cakes and gave them an extra dip in some sprinkles and popped on a sugar owl!
and cake decorations aren’t just for bakery cakes…they’re perfect for snack cakes too!
if you’ve got some in the cupboard for packing in lunches, they can make a quick Halloween treat in seconds!
and since Halloween is all about dishing out the sugar…how about some cotton candy cones to satisfy a sweet tooth?
just plop a blob on top of each cone and you’ve got a super sweet unexpected treat!
a silicon mold can help make a boxed muffin mix look spectacular…and these cute guys get even cuter with the addition of candy eyes and a corn for the beak!
serve them up on a bed of candy corn shaped marshmallows…an easy & fun way to display them!
and you don’t have to have a special drink to make a treat table look special…cute glasses are just filled with water & blackberries for a touch of flavor!
these Walmart finds can make any drink look grand…but if you don’t have these cuties on hand, a colorful straw is a sure way to make any cup look festive!
so i hope you got some inspiration from my “whoooos & boooos” snack table! you can take these ideas for quick Halloween treats and run with any theme… AND let the grocery do some of the work for you!
have a festive and easy Halloween!
