Add the eggs and soft banana and mix until blended
Add the dry ingredients and mix together, then add the water and blend.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into 4 small loaf pans sprayed with oil and lined with a piece of parchment on the bottom. ( If you use two medium or one large loaf pan, you may need to adjust the baking time)
Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until the top is firm, slightly golden, and a pick comes out clean.
Cool 10-15 minutes and remove from pan to finish cooling on a rack. Freezes well.
