heavy cream
well chilled

confectioners sugar

vanilla
Instructions
Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper liners and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and orange juice until smooth. Pour into muffin liners filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting
Whipped frosting
In a chilled mixing bowl with chilled beaters, beat the heavy cream until frothy.
Add the sugar and vanilla and whip until it becomes light and a consistency thick enough to spread or pipe as frosting.
Frost cupcakes and serve!
