Serve up some St. Paddy’s cocoa and cupcakes for a super easy holiday treat! You know how much I love simple goodies and this one couldn’t be simpler for any occasion! I often use my little bar cart to treat my family or friends to seasonal sweets…but you can use any space you have to dish up the fun. Set up a tiny table, a space on the counter or grab a tray to dish out the deliciousness! Today I’ll keep it short and literally sweet! See how simple it is to treat your favorite leprechauns to…
St. Paddy’s cocoa and cupcakes!
march came fast this year…but simple decorations and goodies can make it possible to share a holiday surprise!
i loaded up the cart with very simple goods…a carafe of cocoa, cupcakes and a few paper products!
how fun are these sweet paper coffee cups? and disposable always makes celebrating easier!
line up the extras on your cart or tray so everyone can easily help themselves!
and a fun addition…vanilla spoons that melt into the toasty drink!
originally made for coffee…but guess what? they’re delicious in cocoa too!
and you can’t have a St. Paddy’s cocoa and cupcake cart without cupcakes! these “rainbow” cakes couldn’t be easier!
festive sprinkles & colorful marshmallows made these tasty bites practically effortless to decorate! and you can find bags of just the mallows rather than fishing them out of a cereal box. that’s LUCKY if you ask me!
so even if you’re short on time…you can still serve up some cocoa & cakes without any fuss!
St. Paddy’s cocoa and cupcakes…
easy, end of the rainbow surprise!

This is the cutest! I’m in need of a little holiday cheer. Will you come decorate a little corner for me!? : ) I’ve got to start digging out the decor so I don’t miss Easter too. You find the best stuff to add a little fun. And I didn’t know you could just buy the marshmallows – definitely a bonus!

Aww, that’s so sweet thank you! You’re always so creative…but I know what you mean about missing holidays! I’m scared Easter will be over before I get out my pastel goodies! And Isn’t it great that you can get the mallows alone! You can even buy bags of just the clover ones!!
