St. Patrick’s Day snack “parfaits” are a savory alternative to serve to your leprechauns this holiday! Now that March is here all the shenanigans are getting underway…but celebrating doesn’t have to be hard! Each year I try to come up with a few ideas for St. Paddy’s day fun. Cupcakes, soda bread, krispie treats are all goodies we’ve indulged on during the days leading up to the 17th! I’m sure I’ll still serve up some sugar…but I thought I’d try a new twist this year! I hope you love this SUPER easy snack idea and a festive way to dish it up! Keeping it simple & savory today…
snack “parfaits” for a lucky holiday!
easy never means lacking in style! simple embellishments help make these st. patrick’s day snack parfaits look special!
several years ago i found these darling, holiday wine glasses in my favorite dollar spot…
the best thing about them…they’re shatterproof! not to mention they’re a darling addition to my holiday supplies…
they also make a fabulous vessel for any kind of parfait! just layer up your goodies inside the glass…
what i used:
i only had three layers in each cup…mixed nuts on the bottom, some spicy wasabi peas in the middle, and tiny, pip corn on top!
simple embellishments…
you don’t need fancy decorations but a little flag, confetti or table scatter can add inexpensive, extra charm…even to an old tarnished tray! (which looks a tad like gold to me)
pile everything on your plate or tray and you’ve got st. patrick’s day snack “parfaits” that will be a welcome treat for after school, movie night or “just because”!
make your family feel lucky…
with St. Patrick’s Day snack “parfaits”!
