Table-top s’mores are the perfect treat if you don’t have a fire pit in your backyard! S’mores are one of the most popular desserts in late summer and fall and they’re the easiest to make. But if you don’t have access to flames, it’s hard to toast a marshmallow! I’m really excited to share with you an alternative way to indulge on this favored treat and all you need is a table. (along with the gooey fixin’s of course!) I want to show you my favorite table-top fire bowl and how you can use it to share some holiday fun with your family & friends! I’ll be sharing where you can get it AND some easy ideas for serving up some Halloween joy! Let’s get roasting…
s’mores served ’round the table!
giggle living may have received payment and/or product. however i only endorse products i love and all opinions are my own.
gathering at a table is one of my favorite things! when you add s’mores into the mix…it’s even better!
my new table-top fire pit bowl is perfect for creating an extraordinary s’mores platter. all the fixins’ AND a way to roast them at easy reach!
fire bowl tip:
the fire bowl comes with a heat pad, stones, and lid. be sure to use food safe burning material such as rubbing alcohol if you’re using it to cook with. use the lid to keep the liquid covered before use and to put the flame out when finished.
like any charcuterie, place your goodies in clusters on your platter or board. i use my turntable all the time and this is another example of when a lazy susan comes in handy!
the pot can get warm so be sure to keep the goodies that could melt away from the base. i lined up all the cookies & crackers nearest the bowl…
keeping the chocolates and mallows toward the edges. i also added some caramels…a delicious addition we’d never tried before!
you don’t need to get fancy with a s’mores board. regular marshmallows are just fine for something traditional…
but you can find fun colors & shapes…
and flavors! these taste like pumpkin spice!
the simple craft skull added some spooky elegance!
painting him gold was inspired by the plates!
candles were the only other decorations on the simple table. festive never means too fancy!
you can causally lay out heavy skewers near the plates & napkins…
for easy grabbing and roasting!
if you’d like to treat your peeps to something unexpected this season…
try table-top s’mores!
